Summit Colony Client Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and expectations of the mentorship relationship between the mentor (Summit Colony) and the client (you).

1. Services Provided

Summit Colony offers virtual 1-on-1 mentorship sessions to support your personal, professional, and emotional development. Mentorship is not therapy, counseling, or a licensed professional service.

2. Session Format & Schedule

  • All sessions are held via Google Meet

  • Depending on your selected plan, sessions occur weekly or bi-weekly

  • Meeting times are confirmed and scheduled via Calendly

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is securely processed through Stripe.

  • For package plans, payment is due before the first scheduled session.

  • Once the first session begins, packages are non-refundable, as your spot is held and time is reserved just for you.

  • If you need to pause or adjust your plan due to unforeseen circumstances, reach out — flexibility matters.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, just let me know as soon as you can. The goal is to make sure we complete all of your scheduled sessions within your plan — even if adjustments are needed along the way.

  • Missed sessions can be rescheduled, and we’ll work together to find a time that works. However, frequent last-minute cancellations may impact availability and progress.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during mentorship is kept strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law. Sessions are not recorded or shared.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The mentor is not liable for decisions made or actions taken by the client. This mentorship is intended for guidance, not professional, legal, or medical advice.

7. Communication Boundaries

While this mentorship is designed to be responsive and relationship-based, it is not intended to replace licensed professional support or crisis services. If you are ever in need of immediate help or facing a personal emergency, please contact appropriate emergency or professional resources.

Outside of scheduled sessions, communication is welcomed as appropriate — but immediate or after-hours responses are not guaranteed.

By scheduling or re-scheduling mentorship sessions through this platform, you confirm your understanding and agreement to the terms as written.
